Electronic Filing for Kitsap County superior Court

Important changes to electronic document acceptance effective June 2022

Can I EFile in Kitsap County? 🤷

It depends. As of Friday, June 10, 2022, a policy change at Kitsap County Superior Court means your options to file electronic documents are now somewhat limited.

What documents can still be filed by email?

Agreed or Uncontested Orders in all cases
- email your documents to SuperiorCourt@co.kitsap.wa.us

If you are appearing on the Ex Parte calendar via Zoom
- email your documents to exparte@co.kitsap.wa.us

As of June 10th, for everything else, you are responsible to provide the documents to the Kitsap County Courthouse in person, by courier or by postal mail. This specifically includes bench copies of trial materials.

For more information please review the latest Emergency Administrative Order issued June 28, 2022.  Also review the Clerk's latest guidance for additional details.

If you have questions not answered in the materials above, your best option is to contact the Kitsap County Superior Court Clerk.
